After strictly controlling the moisture content through a constant-temperature drying process, these wood chips are arranged in the direction of the wood fibers using environmentally friendly high-strength adhesives, and then compounded through a high-pressure pressing process with precise temperature control. Such craftsmanship endows LVL wood panels with excellent structural stability — they not only have far superior bending resistance than ordinary solid wood, but also are not prone to deformation and cracking due to changes in temperature and humidity, and their surface wear resistance has been verified through rigorous testing. Paired with alloy frameworks treated with anti-rust processes, the overall planks retain the moderate elasticity of wood, which can alleviate the fatigue of workers standing for a long time.
