During the welding process, the two are connected as a whole through high-temperature fusion, with smooth welds and no false welding, ensuring that the overall structure has excellent tensile and shear resistance, and can maintain structural stability even in dynamic load environments.​

The galvanized process used for surface treatment is not a simple coating. Instead, it forms a strong metallurgical bond between the zinc layer and the base metal through electro chemical principles. The coating has uniform thickness and strong adhesion, which can provide long-term protection for the component in harsh environments such as acid-base and humidity, greatly reducing the probability of rust.​
