Safety Operation Specifications for Ringlock Scaffolding

1.Quality Inspection of Ringlock Scaffolding
Before entering the construction site, the scaffolding must undergo quality inspection, and only approved units with a valid inspection report are permitted for use.

2.Site Selection and Ground Inspection
Ensure the ground is level, has adequate load-bearing capacity, and is free from sinking risks. If the ground meets standards and is properly leveled, adjustable base jacks may be placed and fine-tuned accordingly.

3.Personnel Requirements
Erection and dismantling of Ringlock scaffolding must be performed by trained and certified scaffolding professionals; unauthorized personnel are strictly prohibited from assembly work.Workers entering the site must wear safety helmets and properly secure safety harnesses.Every worker on the scaffold must be equipped with anti-slip gloves, non-slip shoes, and either a safety lanyard or tool bag.All tools must be suspended from safety lanyards or stored in tool bags to prevent falling hazards.

4.Scaffold Assembly Process
Begin by installing the first-layer vertical standards, horizontal ledgers, and diagonal braces.Lay steel decking planks as required, maintaining proper step spacing.Follow the pre-approved construction plan for assembly.Upon completion, conduct a safety inspection; the scaffold may only be used after passing inspection and meeting all standards.
