During the erection process, numerous critical points must be inspected. For example, inspections are required after the foundation is completed before scaffolding erection begins, and again after every additional story height is erected.
Once the scaffolding reaches the designed height or is fully installed, a comprehensive inspection must be conducted. This includes meticulous checks of material quality, the erection site, support structures, and the overall quality of the scaffolding system to ensure absolute safety.
Regular inspections of the scaffolding’s condition must also be carried out during use. Key load-bearing members, reinforcement components such as cross bracing, and the completeness and effectiveness of safety protection measures must be examined.
In special circumstances, such as after unexpected loads are applied or exposure to strong winds, immediate inspections and documentation are necessary to verify the scaffolding’s safety.
