How to Choose the Right Ringlock Scaffolding for Your Project

Ringlock scaffolding, also known as disc-type scaffolding, is a new type of scaffolding product introduced from abroad and has been continuously developed to meet domestic construction conditions. Today, this new type of scaffolding has been widely promoted in China. As is well known, only three points can form a stable plane that does not deform. Our ringlock scaffolding strives to present a three-dimensional form from every angle, with each vertical pole connected at 90-degree angles, forming a three-dimensional structure. It features quick assembly and disassembly, simple operation, the ability to shorten construction cycles, and advantages such as time and labor savings during dismantling, simple structure, stability and reliability, strong versatility, high load-bearing capacity, low susceptibility to loss, and ease of management and transportation.

The installation performance of ringlock scaffolding is superior. Its vertical poles are forged from Q345 grade steel, which has higher strength than the original Q235 grade steel. The load-bearing capacity of a single vertical pole is greater, reaching up to 20 tons. The unique disc-shaped design enables multi-directional connections between poles, meeting various connection needs for scaffolding installation.

Ringlock scaffolding is an upgraded new product based on previous scaffolding systems, with a wide range of applications, adopting the internationally mainstream scaffolding connection method. The main materials of ringlock scaffolding are all low-alloy structural steel, with a strength 1.5-2 times that of ordinary carbon steel pipes (GB Q235) used in traditional scaffolding. Ringlock scaffolding uses a plug-in connection method.

The important components of ringlock scaffolding are treated with internal and external hot-dip galvanizing anti-corrosion processes, which not only extend the product's service life but also provide additional assurance, while also taking aesthetics into account.

The entire product processing of ringlock scaffolding involves 20 steps, starting from cutting. Each step is operated by machines, reducing human intervention, especially in the manufacturing of horizontal bars and vertical poles, which use self-developed, fully automated, specialized machine tools, resulting in high product precision and strong interchangeability.

Due to the excellent performance of ringlock scaffolding, it is now used in various enterprises such as construction, decoration companies, leasing companies, and product promotion companies, and can be used in indoor, outdoor, high-rise building, tunnel, and bridge construction.
