Single and double row scaffolding with a height of less than 24m, must be set up in the outer facade of each end of a scissors crash, and should be set up from the bottom to the top of the continuous; the middle of the scissors between the distance between the channel should not be greater than 15m. height of more than 24m double row scaffolding should be set up in the outer facade throughout the length and height of the shear braces continuously.
Double-row scaffolding should be equipped with scissor braces and transverse diagonal braces, single-row scaffolding should be set up with scissor braces. the width of each scissor struck should not be less than 4 spans, the eye should not be less than 6m, and the inclination angle between the diagonal bar and the ground should be between 45°~60°.

Ground/surface conditions.
1. The ground or surface must be able to support the scaffold and its load.
2. The ground or surface must be as flat as possible.
3. Appropriate pads and base plates must be used to ensure the stability of the scaffolding.
4. All of the pads must have sufficient strength and thickness to support the scaffold and its loads and be in good condition.
Specification requirements.
A base or pad should be set at the bottom of each column. The pad should be made of wood matting with a length of not less than 2 spans and a thickness of not less than 50mm, or channel steel can also be used.
