.Horizontal bars: The horizontal bars of ringlock scaffolding are generally made of Q235B material. They can be manufactured in lengths of 0.6m, 0.9m, 1.2m, 1.5m, and 2.1m, with a wall thickness of 2.75mm. Composed of bolts, wedge pins, and steel pipes, they can be buckled onto the discs of vertical poles.
.Vertical poles: Vertical poles are the main supporting components of ringlock scaffolding, usually made of Q345B material. They can be manufactured in a length of 3m (commonly 2m in China) with a wall thickness of 3.25mm. On steel pipes with diameters of 48mm and 60mm, circular connecting plates that allow 8-directional connections are welded every 0.5m. One end of the vertical pole is welded with a connecting sleeve or an internal connecting rod for the connection between vertical poles.
.Diagonal braces: The diagonal braces of ringlock scaffolding are generally made of Q195B material with a wall thickness of 2.75mm. They are divided into vertical diagonal braces and horizontal diagonal braces, which are the rods ensuring the structural stability of the scaffolding frame. Both ends of the steel pipe are equipped with buckle joints, and their length is determined by the spacing and step distance of the frame.
.Adjustable top supports (U-shaped supports): They are generally made of Q235B material. For the 48-series, the outer diameter is 38mm; for the 60-series, it is 48mm. They can be manufactured in lengths of 500mm and 600mm. The wall thickness of the 48-series ringlock scaffolding is 5mm, and that of the 60-series is 6.5mm. Installed at the top of vertical poles, they are used to bear keels and adjust the height of the supporting scaffolding.
.Adjustable base supports (flat supports): Made of Q235B material, the 48-series has an outer diameter of 38mm, and the 60-series has an outer diameter of 48mm. They can be made in lengths of 500mm and 600mm. The wall thickness of the 48-series ringlock scaffolding is 5mm, and that of the 60-series is 6.5mm. Installed at the base of the frame, they are used to adjust the height of vertical poles (divided into hollow bases and solid bases). It should be noted that to ensure the personal safety of construction workers, the distance from the ground during installation should generally not exceed 30cm.
.Safety ladders: The safety ladder of ringlock scaffolding is composed of 6-9 steel pedals and ladder beams, with a vertical height of generally 1.5m.
.Hook planks: Made of 1.5mm thick pre-galvanized steel strips through punching, rolling, and welding. Hooks are welded at both ends, and trapezoidal supports are welded at the bottom, featuring high strength and light weight. Usually, a safety ladder is composed of 6-9 steel pedals.
