The characteristics of ringlock scaffolding

The characteristics of ringlock scaffolding are as follows:
1.Advanced Technology: The ringlock connection method is the mainstream scaffolding connection system internationally. Its rational joint design ensures that the forces on each member pass through the center of the node, making it an upgraded product of scaffolding. It features mature technology, secure connections, stable structure, and high safety reliability.

2.Upgraded Raw Materials: The primary materials are made of low-alloy structural steel (GB Q345B), which offers 1.5–2 times higher strength compared to the ordinary carbon steel pipes (GB Q235) used in traditional scaffolding.

3.Hot-Dip Galvanized Process: Key components undergo internal and external hot-dip galvanized for corrosion resistance, not only extending the product’s service life but also enhancing safety. Additionally, it provides an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

4.Reliable Quality: From raw material cutting to finished product processing, the manufacturing involves 20 steps, each completed by specialized machinery to minimize human intervention. Particularly for the production of horizontal and vertical members, self-developed fully automatic welding machines are employed, ensuring high precision, strong interchangeability, and stable, reliable quality.

5.High Load-Bearing Capacity: Taking the 60-series heavy-duty support frame as an example, a single 5-meter-high vertical member has an allowable load-bearing capacity of 10.3 tons (safety factor of 2), with a failure load of up to 22 tons—2–3 times that of traditional products.

6.Reduced Quantity and Lightweight: Under normal conditions, the spacing between vertical members is 1.5 meters or 1.8 meters, and the horizontal member spacing is 1.5 meters. As a result, the required quantity for the same support volume is halved compared to traditional products, while the weight is reduced by 1/2 to 1/3.

7.Quick Assembly, Ease of Use, and Cost Savings: Due to the reduced quantity and lightweight design, assembly is more efficient for operators, leading to corresponding savings in installation/dismantling costs, transportation fees, rental expenses, and maintenance costs—typically up to 30%.
