The erection verticality and levelness shall comply with Code JGJ 231. Full inspection includes construction plan rationality, frame stability, installation quality and scaffold board laying.
Inspect adjustable base installation, reliable wall connections and fixed ends of vertical diagonal braces. All poles, ledgers and braces shall be hot-dip galvanized with smooth surface and burr-free joints.
All dimensional deviations must conform to JG/T 503‑2016. Connection discs shall pass shear, bending and tensile strength tests without component damage.
High-altitude operation regulations shall be strictly followed. Scaffolding erection and dismantling shall be suspended under severe weather, and a safe distance shall be kept from overhead high-voltage lines.
