1. Vertical Poles
Two main diameters are available: 60mm (for heavy-duty support scenarios such as bridge projects) and 48mm (for building construction, decoration, stage lighting frames, etc.).
Common lengths include 500mm, 1000mm, 1500mm, 2000mm, 2500mm, 3000mm and 200mm, with a maximum length of 3130mm.
2. Horizontal Ledgers
The ledgers adopt a 300mm module, with lengths as multiples of 300mm, such as 300mm, 600mm, 900mm, 1200mm, 1500mm, 1800mm, 2400mm and 3000mm.
Note: The nominal length refers to the distance between vertical pole axes, so the actual length is shorter than the nominal length by the diameter of one vertical pole.
Common lengths: 1.5m, 1.2m and 1.8m for formwork support scaffolding; 1.8m (matched with 1.5m and 2.4m) for working platforms.
3. Diagonal Braces
Their specifications are determined by the length of horizontal ledgers and the step distance (distance between upper and lower horizontal ledgers).
For formwork support scaffolding with a horizontal ledger spacing of 1.5m, the corresponding vertical diagonal brace height is 1.5m (e.g., 900mm×1500mm, 1200mm×1500mm).
For projects with low bearing capacity (such as working frames and lighting frames), the horizontal ledger spacing can be 2m, with a corresponding vertical diagonal brace height of 2m.
4. Other Components
Discs: Each disc is equipped with 8 holes, 4 small ones for connecting horizontal ledgers and 4 large ones for diagonal braces.
Adjustable jacks/bases: Used to adjust height, ensuring frame stability and adaptability to terrain.
In practical application, appropriate dimensions and specifications should be selected and erected in accordance with specific engineering requirements and standards.
