The construction of ringlock scaffolding must be carried out systematically and strictly in accordance with specific operating procedures:
1. Level and compact the site, conduct foundation bearing capacity testing, and prepare all materials;
2. Locate and set out lines, place standard base plates and bases;
3. Erect vertical poles, install longitudinal and transverse sweeping rods, and set longitudinal and transverse horizontal ledgers;
4. Install unloading steel wire ropes;
5. Erect vertical poles, longitudinal and transverse horizontal ledgers, and outer diagonal braces/scissors braces;
6. Install wall connecting parts, lay scaffold planks, and install protective railings and safety nets.
II. Installation Steps of Ringlock Scaffolding
1. Adjustable base: After positioning and setting out according to the scaffolding configuration drawing, place the adjustable base at the designated position.
2. Standard base: Place the standard base with the sleeve facing up on the adjustable base, and the lower edge of the standard base shall be completely embedded in the groove of the supporting surface.
3. Layered horizontal ledgers: Insert the horizontal ledger joint into the disc hole, ensure the front end of the horizontal ledger joint is tightly against the vertical pole pipe, and then drive the bolt into the hole to lock it with a hammer.
4. Vertical poles: Insert the long end of the vertical pole into the sleeve of the standard base, check the position of the hole, and ensure the vertical pole is inserted to the bottom of the sleeve.
Note: Vertical poles are only used for the second and above floors of the building, starting from the second floor.
5. Layered diagonal braces: Install all diagonal braces clockwise or counterclockwise.
Insert the diagonal brace into the large hole of the disc, ensure the front end of the diagonal brace joint is tightly against the vertical pole pipe, and then drive the fixed bolt into the large hole with a hammer.
Note: Diagonal braces are directional and must not be installed in reverse.
III. Unique Advantages of Ringlock Scaffolding
1. Few accessories, easy to install and disassemble, suitable for various building structure installations.
2. Accessories are designed with high-strength steel, featuring simple structure, stable force bearing and reliable performance.
The built-in bolt has a self-locking function, completely eliminating unsafe factors during operation. The large contact area between the connector and the vertical pole improves the steel pipe strength and bending resistance.
3. The main materials of ringlock scaffolding adopt national standard Q355 steel pipes and low-alloy steel pipes, with high strength, light weight and corrosion resistance, achieving significant economic and social benefits.
4. The main components of ringlock scaffolding generally adopt internal and external hot-dip galvanizing anti-corrosion technology, which can extend the service life of the product, further improve safety, and have an attractive appearance.
