Hot-Dip-Galvanized Ringlock Scaffolding Project Case

Hot-Dip-Galvanized Ringlock Scaffolding Application Case for Coastal Commercial Complex
1. Project Overview
This large coastal commercial leisure complex covers a total construction area of 86,000 ㎡ with a 42-meter main building, including an 8-floor commercial podium and 2-floor viewing platform. It features complex curved steel structures and extensive glass curtain walls.
The ringlock scaffolding system serves exterior wall construction, curtain wall installation, thermal insulation, painting, steel structure welding, rooftop platform work and later maintenance.

2. Product Supply & Technical Specifications
A full set of hot-dip-galvanized ringlock scaffolding complying with Chinese GB standard and EU EN 12811 was supplied, with a total volume of 320 tons including all primary and auxiliary components.
Integral hot-dip-galvanized eliminates welding dead angles, delivering outstanding anti-corrosion performance suitable for corrosive coastal environments.
Vertical poles: Q355B high-strength low-alloy steel, φ48.3mm×3.2mm & φ60mm×3.2mm, standard lengths from 0.5m to 3m
Ledgers: Matching Q355B steel, complete sizes ranging 0.6m–2.4m to fit all bay spacing
Auxiliary parts: Diagonal braces, 0–600mm adjustable bases, anti-slip steel planks, guardrails, toe boards, wall ties and other accessories for structural stability and full safety protection.

3. Project Background & Client Core Requirements
Located in a high-end tourist commercial zone, the project imposes strict standards on construction safety, efficiency and civilized site management. After comparing multiple global suppliers, the client put forward three mandatory requirements:
Dual-standard anti-corrosion performance: Meet EU EN 12811-1:2016 and local SASO standards with third-party test reports, resisting coastal high salt spray, intense sunlight and sandstorms.
Flexible erection for irregular facades: High-precision joints adapt to curved and inclined surfaces without customized spare parts to cut costs and avoid schedule delays.
Lightweight, efficient and safe: Tool-free assembly improves erection efficiency; sufficient bearing capacity supports heavy-duty curtain wall and steel welding operations to eliminate high-altitude risks.

4. Project Implementation & Full-Range Service Support
As a key overseas export project, we provided one-stop services including customized scheme design, standardized production, strict inspection, international logistics and on-site technical guidance.
All products passed three rounds of factory tests covering mechanical properties, galvanized coating thickness and load capacity, complete with EN certificates, third-party test reports and export inspection documents for smooth customs clearance and supervisor acceptance.
Within 25 days after order confirmation, 320 tons of goods were manufactured, inspected, packed and declared for export with zero damage during dedicated sea transportation.
Professional overseas engineers provided on-site training on erection, joint acceptance and safety specifications, solving technical difficulties of curved facade erection and high-level protection, winning high recognition from the client and supervisors.

5. Project Outcomes & Market Value
All facade works have been finished smoothly. The scaffolding system maintained stable performance throughout all high-altitude and heavy-load procedures and passed strict local construction safety inspection.
This project acts as a benchmark case for our ringlock scaffolding in the Middle East coastal high-end commercial market, verifying its superior adaptability, structural stability and flexibility for irregular buildings under corrosive coastal working conditions.
We will continuously upgrade product performance and foreign trade service systems to deliver safe, efficient and durable full-lifecycle scaffolding solutions for global construction projects.
