Making Scaffolding Budgeting No Longer Difficult

First, the calculation rules for scaffolding:
1.When calculating interior and exterior wall scaffolding, openings such as doors, windows, and voids should not be deducted from the area.
2.For buildings with varying heights, calculations must be performed separately for each height section.
3.If the general contractor's scope does not include exterior wall decoration, or if the exterior decoration cannot utilize the main construction scaffolding, the main exterior scaffolding or decorative exterior scaffolding items may be applied separately.

Next, detailed calculation rules for exterior scaffolding:
1.The height of exterior scaffolding is measured from the designed outdoor ground level to the eave (or parapet top). The quantity is calculated in square meters by multiplying the outer perimeter length of the exterior wall (including wall projections wider than 240mm, which should be included in the wall length based on drawings) by the height.
2.For walls under 15m in height, single-row scaffolding is used. If the height exceeds 15m, or if the area of doors, windows, and decoration exceeds 60% of the exterior wall surface (or if the wall is cast-in-place concrete or lightweight block), double-row scaffolding applies. For buildings over 30m, steel cantilever platform-supported double-row scaffolding may be used based on project conditions.
3.For independent columns (cast-in-place concrete frame columns), the calculation is (perimeter of the column’s outer structure + 3.6m) multiplied by the design column height in square meters, applying the single-row exterior scaffolding item. For cast-in-place concrete beams and walls, the calculation is (height from outdoor ground level or slab surface to slab bottom) multiplied by the net length of the beam/wall in square meters, applying the double-row exterior scaffolding item.
4.Steel cantilever pipe scaffolding is calculated by multiplying the outer perimeter length of the exterior wall by the design height in square meters. The cantilever width is predetermined in the quota, and the item should be applied separately based on the set height in the quota.

Finally, detailed calculation rules for interior scaffolding:
1.For interior walls, if the height from the designed indoor ground level to the underside of the slab (or half the gable height) is less than 3.6m (for non-lightweight block walls), single-row interior scaffolding applies. For heights between 3.6m and 6m, double-row interior scaffolding applies.
2.Interior scaffolding is calculated based on the vertical projected area of the wall surface, applying the interior scaffolding item. For lightweight block walls where scaffolding holes cannot be left, double-row interior scaffolding applies.
