What Is the Erection Efficiency of Ringlock Scaffolding?

As an upgraded product of traditional scaffolding, ringlock scaffolding has many advantages. When purchasing scaffolding, many construction parties focus on price, quality and delivery time, while some customers pay close attention to its erection efficiency.
It is well known that steel pipe and coupler scaffolding is traditional, cumbersome and time-consuming to erect. It is understood that the daily erection volume per worker of ordinary steel pipe and coupler scaffolding is only 35 cubic meters, while that of ringlock scaffolding can reach 150 cubic meters per worker per day.

In other words, erecting 150 cubic meters of scaffolding takes more than four days with steel pipe and coupler scaffolding, but only one day with ringlock scaffolding, which fully shows that the traditional type is more time-consuming and costly in labor.

Ringlock scaffolding is an advanced modular system, featuring high safety, labor saving, convenient assembly and disassembly, material saving and beautiful appearance, making it an ideal upgrade for coupler and bowl-buckle scaffolding.

It abandons the traditional coupler and bolt fastening method, adopting pre-welded joint devices at both ends of horizontal and diagonal poles, and eight-hole disks welded on vertical poles. Using the principle of gravity wedge self-locking pins, it completely replaces steel pipes and couplers, connecting horizontal, vertical and diagonal poles to form a stable planar triangular structure, which is then combined in three dimensions to form a solid spatial structure.

Ringlock scaffolding is safe and reliable to erect. Its vertical poles are forged from Q355 grade steel, which is stronger than traditional Q235 grade steel, with a single vertical pole bearing capacity of up to 20 tons. The unique disk-buckle design enables multi-directional and stable connection between vertical poles, meeting various connection needs of scaffolding erection. The supporting steel pedals are safer than traditional bamboo and wooden pedals.
