Product Standards for Ringlock Scaffolding:
According to the "Safety Technical Specification for Ringlock Steel Pipe Supports in Construction", Ringlock scaffolding is mainly divided into Type A and Type B.
Type A: Vertical pole diameter 60mm, mainly used for heavy-duty support scenarios such as bridge construction; supporting disc weight 0.55kg, equipped with 38mm lead screw.
Type B: Vertical pole diameter 48mm, mainly used in building construction, decoration, stage lighting and other fields; supporting disc weight 0.46kg, equipped with a 48mm lead screw.
Scaffolding Members: Standard size, made of Q345B material with stronger load-bearing capacity. Common vertical pole length ranges from 500mm to 3000mm, with a modulus of 500mm. Crossbar diameter 48mm, wall thickness 2.5mm, material Q235B, common length 600mm to 2400mm, with a modulus of 300mm.
Key Construction Specifications for Scaffolding Vertical Poles:
1. The height of formwork support erection should not exceed 24m; special design is required if it exceeds 24m.
2. Adjustable Base Specifications: The exposed length of the adjustable base lead screw should not exceed 300mm, and the height of the bottom horizontal rod (as a sill) from the ground should not be greater than 550mm.
3. Adjustable Support: The cantilever length extending from the top horizontal rod or double channel steel support beam is strictly prohibited from exceeding 650mm, and the exposed length of the lead screw is strictly prohibited from exceeding 400mm. The insertion length of the adjustable support into the vertical pole or double channel steel support beam shall not be less than 150mm.
Construction safety is of paramount importance. To ensure the smooth and safe progress of the project, it is necessary to be familiar with scaffolding operating procedures, handle problems in a timely manner, and eliminate accidents.
