Special Safety Construction Plan: Scaffolding is classified as a high-risk component of construction projects, and a special safety construction plan must be prepared. For projects exceeding a certain height scale, expert review and demonstration of the plan must be organized.
Safety Harness Usage: Safety harnesses must adhere to the principle of "high anchoring and low usage" to ensure operational safety.
I. Material Requirements for Scaffolding
Steel Pipe Materials:Steel pipes with specifications of Φ48.3mm × 3.6mm must be used, with a single pipe’s maximum weight not exceeding 25.8kg. Anti-rust paint must be applied before use.
Coupler Standards:Couplers must comply with national standards and undergo surface anti-rust treatment.
II. Safety Net Requirements
Safety Nets:Close-mesh safety nets and horizontal safety nets must meet relevant standards. The mesh density of close-mesh safety nets must not be less than 2000 meshes/100cm².
Testing Equipment:A torque wrench must be used for testing.
III. Basic Requirements for Ground-Scaffolding Erection
Erection of Vertical Poles:When erecting vertical poles, a temporary bracing (throw brace) must be installed every 6 spans. The temporary bracing can only be removed after the wall-connected components are securely installed. The inclination angle of the temporary bracing to the ground should be between 45° and 60°, and its distance from the main node must not exceed 300mm.
Erection of Base Plates (Sweeping Bars):Scaffolding must include both longitudinal and transverse base plates (sweeping bars). The longitudinal base plate should be fixed with fixeed couplers to the vertical pole at a distance not exceeding 200mm from the bottom of the steel pipe. The transverse base plate should be fixed with right-angle fasteners to the vertical pole immediately below the longitudinal base plate.
