1. Supported Scaffolding
The foundation must be level, compact and well drained with no standing water. The foundation shall have sufficient bearing capacity, and base plates shall meet load requirements. The base shall be 50–100mm above natural ground level.
2. Attached Lifting Scaffolding
It must be equipped with four core devices: automatic anti‑fall system, anti‑overturning device, synchronous control device and load control device, with technical performance complying with standards.
The working platform shall be fully planked with no gaps or overhangs. A horizontal safety net shall be installed under planks. Movable flaps shall be set at the bottom and every two floors to seal gaps and prevent falling objects.
3. Cantilever Scaffolding
Loads are transferred to the building via cantilever beams. I‑steel or channel steel No.16 or above shall be used; deformed steel bar is prohibited.
For No.16 I‑steel, a steel bar ø≥25mm shall be fully welded 100mm from the front to fix vertical poles, extending 200mm above the beam. All I‑steel surfaces shall be painted yellow for rust prevention.
4. Frame Scaffolding
It shall comply with JGJ 128. The frame structure consists of welded vertical poles, horizontal poles and reinforcing poles. The foundation shall be level, compact and drained, with base plates and bases installed.
Diagonal braces shall form 45°–60° with the ground and fixed with rotary fasteners. The setting of bracing and vertical deviation shall meet standard requirements.
