Firstly, develop a detailed dismantling plan and obtain approval
The dismantling plan should include the sequence, methods, safety measures, and other relevant details, and must be approved by the technical responsible person. Before dismantling, a comprehensive inspection of the scaffolding should be conducted to confirm there are no safety hazards before proceeding with the dismantling work.
Secondly, carry out the dismantling step by step in sequence
The dismantling work should follow the sequence of "top-down, layer-by-layer removal," and simultaneous work at different levels is strictly prohibited. During dismantling, non-load-bearing components should be removed first, followed by load-bearing components, to avoid collapse accidents.
Thirdly, prevent falls and injuries from falling objects
1.Safety harnesses must be worn during dismantling work and securely fastened to reliable anchor points to prevent falls.
2.During the dismantling process, warning lines should be set up, and dedicated personnel should be assigned to supervise to prevent unauthorized personnel from entering the dismantling area.
3.Dismantled components should be lowered through sliding or hoisting methods; throwing or dropping them is strictly prohibited.
