1.The external wall scaffolding of this project adopts double-row φ48 scaffolding steel pipes and their supporting connecting fasteners for erection. Erection starts from the ground and the top of the basement respectively according to different parts. Before starting erection from the top of the basement, the top of the basement must be fully backfilled with soil. Prior to erection, the backfilled soil on the ground should be compacted and base plates laid; wooden sleepers must be placed under the roof steel pipe scaffolding.
2.Horizontal ties shall be installed along the height direction for reinforcement on each floor of the scaffolding. The specific method is as follows: embed short steel pipes at a distance of approximately 20 cm from the floor surface on the outermost frame beams of each structural floor, with a spacing of 3.0 m, and then connect the embedded steel pipes to the scaffolding using short pipes.
3.The scaffolding shall be erected upward in line with the upward construction of the structure, and shall always be 3.0 m higher than the structural construction surface to ensure safety during the construction period.
Ⅱ. Erection of Scaffolding at Special Positions
For scaffolding at special positions, a special erection plan must be formulated by the on-site technical person in charge and safety officer, and can only be implemented after approval by the company. Safety passages must be set up at all construction personnel entrances and exits, and the erection of safety passages shall be completed.
Ⅲ. Safety Measures for Scaffolding Erection
1.The erection and dismantling of scaffolding must be carried out in strict accordance with the construction process.
2.Safety facilities such as safety nets, protective rails, and head protection sheds shall be installed in a timely manner along with the construction progress.
3.Workers engaged in scaffolding operations must hold valid certificates to work. Safety technical disclosure shall be conducted and a safety commitment letter shall be signed before erection. During erection, workers must wear safety helmets, safety belts, and non-slip shoes.
4.Unified command shall be implemented during the erection process, with coordination between workers above and below, and synchronized movements.
5.The scaffolding shall be inspected at any time during the erection process, and personnel are only allowed to work on it after it has passed the acceptance inspection.
6.Assign special personnel to maintain the scaffolding and conduct regular inspections on the stability of scaffolding steel pipes and fasteners. All scaffolding must undergo safety inspections after encountering strong winds and heavy rains.
7.After the scaffolding is erected and passes the acceptance inspection, no one is allowed to dismantle, modify, or add components without the written permission of the technical department of the project team. The scaffolding must be dismantled by the erection personnel under the arrangement of the management personnel. When dismantling the scaffolding at height, attention shall be paid to safe construction, and throwing objects is strictly prohibited.
