.Correctly set out lines according to the dimensions marked in the support frame configuration diagram. The erection scope shall be based on the design drawings or as specified by the client, and real-time calibration shall be performed during the erection of the support frame.
.After completing the foundation setting-out, place the adjustable bases in their respective positions. Pay attention to the base plates during placement, and strictly prohibit the use of materials with uneven base plates. The base wrench can be pre-adjusted to a position about 250mm from the base plate to facilitate elevation adjustment during erection. Insert the sleeve part of the main frame of the standard base upward into the top of the adjustable base, ensuring that the lower edge of the standard base is completely placed in the groove of the force-bearing plane of the wrench. Place the crossbar cast head into the small hole of the disk, make the front end of the crossbar cast head abut against the main frame pipe, then insert the wedge through the small hole and hammer it tight to fix.
.After erecting the sweeping bars, level the entire frame to ensure it is on the same horizontal plane, with the horizontal deviation of the frame crossbars not exceeding 5mm. The exposed length of the adjusting screw of the adjustable base shall not be greater than 300mm, and the height of the bottom crossbar of the sweeping bars from the ground shall not be greater than 550mm.
.Arrange vertical diagonal braces as required by the plan. According to specifications and the actual on-site erection conditions, vertical diagonal braces generally have two arrangement forms: one is the matrix spiral type (i.e., lattice column form), and the other is the "figure-eight" symmetric type (or "V" symmetric type). The specific implementation shall be based on the plan.
.Adjust and check the verticality of the frame during erection. The allowable verticality deviation for each step (1.5m height) of the frame is ±5mm, and the allowable verticality deviation for the entire frame is ±50mm or h/1000 (where h is the total height of the frame).
.The cantilever length of the adjustable support extending from the top crossbar or double-groove steel beam shall not exceed 500mm, the exposed length of the screw shall not exceed 400mm, and the insertion length of the adjustable support into the vertical pole or double-groove steel beam shall not be less than 200mm.
.Structural measures such as column connection and bracing of the frame shall meet the requirements of the plan.
