The plank surface can be made of various materials such as timber, steel mesh, or perforated steel plate, and it must possess sufficient stiffness and anti-slip properties.
Connecting Bar: The connecting bar is a component used for the vertical assembly and height connection of the frames. During installation, the connecting bar is inserted into the uprights of the upper and lower frames. It consists of a bar body and a sleeve ring, where the sleeve ring is fixed to the bar body by stamping or by plug welding through a centrally drilled hole.
Adjustable Base: The adjustable base is a support component placed at the bottom end of the uprights of the base frame. It serves to expand the bearing area of the frame uprights, transfer vertical loads to the scaffold foundation, and adjust the height and overall levelness and verticality of the frames. The adjustable base is composed of a screw rod, an adjusting wrench, and a base plate, with adjustable heights typically of 250 mm and 520 mm.
Fixed Base: The fixed base, also known as a simple base, functions similarly to the adjustable base but has a non-adjustable height. It consists of a base plate and an insertion rod.
