Practical Tips for Scaffolding in Engineering Projects

Building scaffolding is no easy task, as it is closely related to safety and efficiency, leaving no room for carelessness. Especially for newcomers, it is crucial to ensure every step is done properly. 1.Inspect Materials and Work Area
Material inspection: First, ensure all scaffolding materials are intact. If any components are damaged or deformed, replace them immediately. Do not wait until the scaffolding is fully erected to discover problems, as it will be much more troublesome then.
Area inspection: Check if the work area is level and stable, which is key to ensuring the scaffolding's stability! Don't forget to prepare safety equipment such as safety belts, hard hats, and a level—safety always comes first.

2.Install Foundations and Horizontal Rod
Foundation installation: Start by digging foundations at the four corners of the work area, then install foot plates or bases. This will keep the scaffolding stable and prevent shaking.
