Precautions for Installing Frame Scaffolding

1. Stable Foundation: Ensure the ground is level and firm. Use bearing plates or base plates to distribute the load if necessary, preventing settlement or tilting.

2. Material Inspection: Check all components before installation to ensure they are free from damage, deformation, or corrosion. Replace any non-conforming materials promptly.

3. Standard-Compliant Installation: Strictly follow design drawings and specifications to ensure correct installation of uprights, ledgers, diagonal braces, etc., and secure all connections properly.

4. Alignment: Use a level and plumb bob to ensure uprights are vertical and ledgers are horizontal, avoiding tilting or distortion.

5. Protective Measures: Install guardrails, kickboards, and safety nets to prevent falls of personnel and materials. The working platform should be fully decked with scaffold planks, and overhanging boards are strictly prohibited.

6. Load Control: Overloading is strictly prohibited. Ensure the load is evenly distributed to avoid collapse due to localized overloading.

7. Inspection and Acceptance: Conduct an acceptance inspection after installation to ensure compliance with safety standards. Perform regular inspections during use and address any loosening or deformation promptly.

8. Personnel Qualifications: Installation personnel must be certified and possess relevant skills and safety knowledge.

9. Weather Conditions: Halt installation work in adverse weather conditions (e.g., strong winds, rain, snow) to prevent slipping or scaffold instability.

10. Emergency Plan: Develop an emergency plan to ensure a quick response to unexpected incidents and minimize losses.
