According to the "Technical Standard for Safety of Ringlock Steel Tubular Scaffolding in Construction" JGJ/T 231-2021, ringlock scaffolding models are mainly divided into Standard Type (B-Type) and Heavy-Duty Type (Z-Type):
Z-Type: Commonly referred to as the 60 series in the market, with a ledger diameter of 60.3mm and material Q355, often used for heavy-duty support (e.g., bridge engineering).
B-Type: Known as the 48 series, with a ledger diameter of 48.3mm and material Q355, commonly used in building construction projects.
Additionally, based on the connection method of the ledgers, ringlock scaffolding is divided into two forms: outer sleeve connection and inner connecting rod connection. Currently, the 60 series ringlock scaffolding generally uses inner connection, while the 48 series typically employs outer sleeve connection.
Secondly, Specification Parameters of Ringlock Scaffolding
The main components of ringlock scaffolding include: ledgers, horizontals, diagonals, and adjustable base jacks.
1.Ledgers
The disc spacing is 500mm, so the ledger specifications follow a modulus of 500mm. Common specifications include 500mm, 1000mm, 1500mm, 2000mm, and 2500mm, with additional base lengths of 200mm and 350mm.
Taking the 48 series ringlock ledger as an example: disc thickness is 10mm, material Q235; the main material wall thickness of the ledger is 3.25mm, material Q355; outer sleeve wall thickness is 5mm, material Q235.
2.Horizontals
The model specifications follow a modulus of 300mm. Standard models include 300mm, 600mm, 900mm, 1200mm, 1500mm, and 1800mm. (Note: The 900mm model refers to the center-to-center distance between the two ledgers connected by the horizontal. The actual length of the horizontal is approximately 850mm, not 900mm.)
Taking the 48 series ringlock horizontal as an example: pin thickness is 5mm, material Q235; the main material wall thickness of the horizontal is 2.75mm, material Q235.
3.Adjustable Base Jacks
Adjustable Top Jack: Screw length is 600mm, and the exposed length during use must not exceed 400mm.
Adjustable Base: Screw length is 500mm, and the exposed length during use must not exceed 300mm.
The support plate thickness of the adjustable base jacks is 5mm. The base side length is 100mm × 100mm, and the top jack side length is 170mm × 150mm (with a top jack steel plate height of 50mm).
