2.The scope of scaffolding design and calculation shall be determined based on factors such as the scaffold structure, erection location, service function, and loads.Among them, the design and calculation of formwork support frames shall include the following contents:
(1) Calculation of strength, stiffness, and deflection of formwork, secondary beams, and main beams;
(2) Calculation of the stable load-bearing capacity of vertical poles;
(3) Calculation of the load-bearing capacity of vertical pole foundations;
(4) Calculation of the compressive strength of top supports;
(5) When a door opening is provided, calculation of the strength and deflection of the door opening transfer beam;(7) Where necessary, calculation of the anti-overturning capacity of the scaffold structure.
3.When designing the scaffolding structure, the force analysis of the scaffold structure shall be conducted first to clarify the load transfer path, and the most representative and unfavorable members or components shall be selected as the calculation unit. The selection of the calculation unit shall comply with the following provisions:
(1) Select members and components subject to the maximum force;
(2) Select members and components in areas where the span and step distance are increased;
(3) Select members and components at weak parts such as scaffold structure transitions or door openings;
(4) When there are concentrated loads on the scaffolding, select members and components subject to the maximum force within the scope of the concentrated load action.
