.The special construction plan design for the support system should be completed in the early stages, with the general contractor responsible for positioning and layout to ensure that the support system is both horizontal and vertical. This will facilitate the subsequent installation of diagonal braces and overall linkage to guarantee its overall stability and resistance to overturning.
.Wheel-buckle scaffolding should adopt the same elevation range as the beam and slab bottom plate, particularly when dealing with larger support frames in terms of height and span. Calculations for crossbar tension and vertical pole axial compression (critical force) should be conducted during use to ensure the stability and safety of the framework.
.The foundation of wheel-buckle scaffolding must be thoroughly compacted and leveled, with concrete hardening measures implemented.
.After erection, sufficient diagonal braces should be added. Additional horizontal tie rods should be installed every 300-500mm between the top bracket and frame crossbar to ensure reliable overall stability.
.Although the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of China has not yet issued industry standards and specifications for wheel-buckle scaffolding, it has already been widely used on construction sites. It is hoped that relevant departments will develop corresponding specifications to provide a reliable basis for the correct use of wheel-buckle scaffolding in engineering projects.
